John D. Saxon, P.C.
About Us

John D. Saxon created his own Professional Corporation and opened his office as a sole practitioner in April 1995, after practicing for eight years with several Birmingham firms and spending ten years in Washington, D.C., where he held a number of governmental positions in both Congress and the Executive Branch. He has since added two partners and two associates. Their practice consists primarily of civil litigation, representing primarily individuals and small businesses, or serving as local counsel to out-of-state firms. The firm's practice is state-wide, and routinely has cases pending in a dozen Alabama counties, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The Firm is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
